Mi unisco alla squadra operativa incaricata per l\u2019operazione, in attesa dell\u2019arrivo del vettore ucraino presso lo stand 114 dell\u2019Aeroporto Marconi, quando il Cap. Gaetano Maggiore, Comandante del 1\u00b0 Squadrone del Gruppo Squadroni Riparazioni dell\u2019ORIONE mi aggiorna rapidamente sulle procedure di sicurezza e sulle specifiche accortezze da tener sempre presente nel ruolo di osservatore autorizzato.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-095.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Jacket fluo, comodo per l\u2019identificazione in area operativa e noto subito con gratificante senso di appartenenza, di aver indovinato il medesimo colore del team in azione.<\/p>\n<p>I due NH-90 sono ai margini del piazzale, affiancati e circondati da diversi tipi di contenitori tecnici all\u2019interno dei quali sono riposti i particolari che \u00e8 stato necessario rimuovere per agevolare gi\u00e0 perfettamente configurate per l\u2019imbarco: corredate di protezioni, copertine e parabordi, le pale del rotore principale smontate ed imballate a parte in lunghe e snelle casse, mentre il rotore di coda \u00e8 privato unicamente di una delle quattro pale, per ridurre l\u2019altezza massima d\u2019ingombro. Tutto \u00e8 pensato ed allestito per la pi\u00f9 efficiente riduzione del volume e per la sicura movimentazione e collocazione dell\u2019aeromobile all\u2019interno del \u201cvagone volante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mi incuriosisce l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di alcuni operatori intorno ad un grande contenitore metallico da cui vengono prelevati i componenti di un particolare carrello. Il Cap. Maggiore mi spiega che sta per essere montato il Kit di Caricamento GB-KC01, un manufatto ingegnerizzato dal Reggimento e realizzato dalla ditta BARBERI, avente il compito specifico di assistere e consentire la manovrabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019NH90, per il tramite di una guida bilanciata del carrello anteriore, durante il traino col verricello sulla rampa di carico dell\u2019AN-124.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1052\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.seairlandshots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/NH90_Antonov-Sani-506-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019esperienza maturata su vettori Globemaster ha notevolmente semplificato l\u2019approccio di caricamento su vettori AN 124, che per le dimensioni maggiori garantivano il caricamento multiplo di NH-90\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Alla fine di una giornata indimenticabile al fianco degli uomini e delle donne dell\u2019ORIONE, chiedo al Col. Proietti quali siano le sfide future che si prospettano per il 2\u00b0 Reggimento di Sostegno Aviazione dell\u2019Esercito. La sua risposta conferma quanto di entusiastico ho avuto modo di vedere durante questa particolare esperienza: \u201cNel corso degli anni il 2\u00b0 ORIONE ha sempre risposto con puntualit\u00e0 ed entusiasmo alle sfide che gli si sono prospettate.
